By accessing and using our website located at www.awenysgrif.com (the "Site") and purchasing our products, including pens, notebooks, and other office supplies, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AwenYsgrif, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site.
Any content obtained from the Site.
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to AwenYsgrif in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100). This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

Intellectual Property Protection

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AwenYsgrif and its licensors. The Site is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both national and foreign jurisdictions.

Our IP: The AwenYsgrif name, logo, product designs, and all related graphics, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are trademarks or trade dress of AwenYsgrif. You may not use these without our prior written permission.
Your Content: If you submit any content to us, such as product reviews or photographs, you grant AwenYsgrif a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for promotional and operational purposes.
Respect for IP: You agree not to copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any material from the Site without our express authorization.

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from AwenYsgrif. Please review our policy regarding returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Return: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your proof of purchase.
Non-returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or customization reasons, such as opened ink cartridges or personalized notebooks. These will be clearly marked on the product page.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Returns sent without an RMA may not be accepted.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
