Our Refund Policy

At AwenYsgrif, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order of pens, notebooks, or other office supplies, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as you received it.
  • In its original packaging, including any protective wrappings.
  • Accompanied by your original order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:

  • Opened or used ink cartridges or pen refills.
  • Personalized or custom-made notebooks and stationery.
  • Any digital downloads or software.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Before sending any item back, please email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  2. Ship the Item: Securely package the item and mail it to the address we provide. Please include the RMA number inside the package. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
  3. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Refunds

You will receive the refund for the price of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping and refund any paid shipping charges.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please follow the return process to receive a refund and then place a new order for the desired item on our website.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs.
